From time to time, we may not get things quite right. If you're unhappy with any aspect of the service provided by the Ayrshire Roads Alliance, we'd like to hear from you so we can investigate your concerns and, where possible, put things right. 

To make a formal complaint, please complete our contact us form, selecting the option "express dissatisfaction with the Ayrshire Roads Alliance" documenting that you wish to make a formal complaint.  When submitting your formal complaint, please provide as much detail as possible, including: 

  • What happened
  • When and where the issue occured
  • Any actions already taken 
  • State in writing you wish to make a formal complaint

The Ayrshire Roads Alliance follows East Ayrshire Council's complaints handling procedure, which explains: 

  • What constitutes a complaint
  • what you can complain about
  • How complaints are investigated
  • Timescales for responding 
  • What to expect throughout the process 

The Ayrshire Roads Alliance is a partnership between East Ayrshire Council and South Ayrshire Council, with East Ayrshire Council acting as the lead authority.  As such, all complaints are managed in accordance with East Ayrshire Councils compaints handling procedure.
