How do I avoid a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)?
To avoid receiving a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) you must:
Use the correct cashless payment location code as listed on the pay and display machine at the location the vehicle is parked.
Ensure you are aware of, and enter the correct vehicle registration, all payment options will prompt you to review and confirm all details are correct prior to making payment and amend as necessary.
The payment and session must be made prior to leaving the vehicle for the duration of a stay. For example, do not leave the vehicle to connect to WI-FI.
Any vehicle inspected with the incorrect imput of cashless payment location, incorrect vehicle registration details or no valid pay and display or cashless payment may result in a correctly issued PCN which will not be cancelled.
