East Ayrshire Council various roads within East Ayrshire disabled persons' designated parking places and revocation order 2023

Notice is hereby given that on 24 October 2023 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.

The Order comes into operation on Tuesday 24 October 2023 and was advertised in the Cumnock Chronicle and in the Kilmarnock Standard on 30 August 2023 the effect of the Order is as stated in said notices.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 24/10/23 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
