Proposed 30mph and 40mph speed limits - Hollybush, Waterside and B730 Coallhall to Drongan

East Ayrshire Council proposes to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will see the introduction of 30 and 40mph speed limits within various roads in Hollybush, Waterside and the B730 Coalhall to Drongan, East Ayrshire.

Comment on these proposals

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Traffic Regulation Order must be submitted in writing by Wednesday 6 March 2024 to:

It is the responsibility of whomever makes the objection to make sure the Council receive it by the date stated above.

East Ayrshire Council asks that all persons making a written submission state their name and address. All objections must be made in writing and must contain a written statement of the grounds of the objection.
