Please submit this application form 5 working days in advance of the proposed skip placement date.
Submission of this application gives no authority for the applicant to place any skip on the road.
If a skip is placed on a road without the permission of East Ayrshire Council or South Ayrshire Council
then a £120 Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) may be issued to the skip owner.
If permission is granted a skip permit licence will be issued to the skip owner.
Comply with the Conditions contained in form BS2 and any other additional conditions applied to the skip permit licence.
Agree to pay East Arshire Council the current charges. Information on current charges can be obtained from the Permits Section of Ayrshire Roads Alliance website.
