Exciting new plans for a revamp of Cumnock’s Bus Station were revealed in a Public Consultation on East Ayrshire Council’s website in November 2017. And now, as that consultation draws to a close on Wednesday 28 February, the public and interested parties are being invited to two public events, being held on Thursday 8 and Wednesday 21 February to allow everyone to view and discuss the plans with the planners and officials who are overseeing the new project.
To be held in the Keir Hardie Room of Cumnock Town Hall, the events will be drop in sessions, running from 3.00pm – 7.00pm and will include a chance to view the plans and provide feedback.

The proposed development includes landscaping, state of the art electronic information boards and CCTV, all designed to make use of the station as comfortable and safe as possible for the travelling public.
