East Ayrshire Council, Waiting, Loading and Designated Parking Places, Consolidation Order

Notice is hereby given that on 22 January 2021, East Ayrshire Council made the above-named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.

The Order, which comes into operation on 29 January 2021, has the effect of replacing the Orders listed below, with all the provisions of these Orders being reproduced in the Consolidation Order:

A copy of the Order, as made, together with a copy of those orders listed above which have been revoked, and a copy of the relevant maps can be inspected online 

Any person wishing to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made, make application for that purpose to the Court of Session.
