NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT East Ayrshire Council propose to make an order under section 152(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 redetermining the means of exercise of the public right of passage over the roads described in the Schedule hereto.
A copy of the proposed order and of the accompanying plan showing the roads over which the means of exercise of the public right of passage is to be redetermined, together with a statement of the reasons for making the order are available to view online via the links below:
This consultation will close on 23rd March 2021
Anyone wishing to object* to these proposals, must do so in writing stating the grounds on which the objection is made by
